What will tourism after covid look like? This is the question we try to answer during a 3-hour workshop where we present the main consequences of covid on tourism and address the biggest challenges that covid brings in the following years. We place special emphasis on quality and communication in tourism in the light of the provision of services during and after the pandemic, and the review of good practices and solutions.
