In cooperation with the company Provobis, we created a crisis plan for the destination Heart of Slovenia (municipalities of Litija and Šmartno pri Litiji), the main goal of which is to reduce the risks of the most likely crises and to prepare for an effective response in the event of their occurrence. The crisis plan, in addition to the measures and activities that must be carried out before the crisis in order to ensure the highest possible level of preparedness for the possible occurrence of a crisis with an impact on tourism in the destination, also includes instructions and guidelines for activation.
